New student? Intro classes are completed before joining existing students in beginner classes.
This course runs for 4 weeks and everyone is brand new, Here, you will focus on building the fundamental skills for a beginner. Begin to feel comfortable moving around the pole and in studio. Designed for all levels of fitness and ability!
